Stations of the Cross

Station 11

Jesus is tortured on the cross.
Two people are hung on crosses by him.
People thought if he saved others, he could save himself too.
Jesus is mocked (teased and made fun of).
Jesus was actually fulfilling his mission.
Jesus asked God to forgive the soldiers.
Jesus was building up the Kingdom of God by suffering for his beliefs.
Jesus remember me when you come into your Kingdom (the criminal said this).
Enemies turn the other cheek (we should forgive our enemies)

Station 12

The cross always wins, it doesn't always mean death.
"It is finished" means the world will change and bad will become good.
What looks like the end isn't. Death is just a temporary end, you will go on to heaven.
Jesus only knew that he was going to be resurrected. He also gave up his spirit.
